Viability Studies

A good percentage of our services concerns Viability/feasibility studies. We have developed this section over the past years due to the rapid construction development of the property market in Cyprus and specifically in Limassol.

Property Auctions

We carry out auctions upon instructions of our client (private auctions) or upon a liquidator’s office.

A large section of our services deals with property portfolio management. Amongst others our goals are:
