2. DEMETRA ZACHARIOU - Analyst-Researcher 

Demetra has been with the firm since 1997. She is the market analyst of the firm and very experienced in handling valuation reports and comparable sales. She deals on a daily basis with every kind of maps and architect’s plans.

3.  ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

A.  Elena Savva has been with the firm since 2001 she is in charge of the office administration and dealing with all kind of information exchange and filing. She manages the compulsory acquisition archives.

B.  Mary Sokratous has been with the firm since 2000 and she is responsible for the accounts of the firm in terms of invoicing, payments and banks/clients  communication.
